SUCCESS STORIES
HOW WE HELP
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Recently “Brenda” presented at Fan Free for services. During her routine exam, providers discovered a mass in her breast. Because Brenda is not here legally, her treatment options were limited. After exhausting several possibilities, Fan Free Clinic staff found a doctor who was willing to help. With an FFC staff member along to help translate, the doctor performed a biopsy. When further surgery was necessary, FFC was able to connect Brenda with a doctor who agreed to provide the treatment and care for free.

Fan Free Clinic provides medical treatment, case management, and social services to those in the Richmond area with limited access to care.  We place special emphasis on welcoming the least served.

Medical services are targeted to the low-income uninsured and are provided by volunteer medical professionals who are assisted by community volunteers.

Each year, Fan Free Clinic serves more than 12,500 individuals.
