All Health Brigade patients need to complete registration that includes financial screening before scheduling their first appointment for medical care. This registration must be done every year.
Health Brigade uses the Federal Poverty Guidelines to determine if a patient is eligible for services. As a patient, you must make no more than the total yearly salary listed for the size of your family for which you are responsible. If you are eligible for medical care at Health Brigade, you will need to bring proof of income to your registration appointment.
