Medical Clinic
Medical treatment at FFC is offered through multiple day and evening clinic sessions each week. Actual operating hours vary and depend on the availability of our paid staff as well as our medical and community volunteers. All patients must complete a financial screening which determines their eligibility to receive free services and medical care at the clinic.
FFC offers the following medical services:
- Adult general medicine
- Chronic disease management
- Referrals to specialists through Access Now
- Gynecology/birth control
- Pregnancy testing
- Pediatrics/immunizations
- Sexually-transmitted disease (STD) testing and treatment*
- Links to medication assistance
- Mental health counseling
- Transgender (TG) Clinic (medical and counseling services and support customized for the TG community)

To Make An Appointment
Patients are seen at FFC by appointment only. To make a medical or financial screening appointment, please call the clinic at (804) 358-8538 between the hours of 9:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-5:00PM, Monday through Thursday.
Eligibility for Services; Financial Screening
New patients are required to complete a financial screening prior to obtaining services. FFC patients cannot earn more than 200% of the federal poverty level.
